Prices

All prices are in USD.

Stock

We only sell brand new products, not used items.

Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Items which are not onsite can take longer to be ready for dispatch. We will try to keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item (as we use PayPal, this is standard procedure), an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.

Sending the order

Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you're due to receive a second email when we dispatch your order.

Secure web ordering and credit card payment through PayPal

We use PayPal to process our transactions. They're reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and we are unable to recall it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for product that is out of stock.

Guarantees and returns

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.

We will only replace items that are defective or sent in error.

This is subject to you notifying us of the problem and returning the product to us within thirty days of receipt of the goods and providing a description of the damage or defect. Please contact us before returning items.
